No matter what you are trying to change in your life or marriage, the good news is that you can start over. And you don’t have to wait until New Year’s Day or some special set time to start over. You can start over anytime you choose to.

Some people start over the first day of every month. Others may choose to start over weekly or even daily.

No matter what happened yesterday, no matter what was said, no matter how angry you got, how hurt you were, no matter what you did that you shouldn’t have or didn’t do that you should have you can begin again.

How? It’s simple (but not always easy): Just start doing what you already know you should be doing and stop doing what you already know you shouldn’t be doing.

It’s true. Even though most of us know what to do, we just don’t do it.

So, get started. Do it today—don’t wait! And if you are unclear about where to start in fixing your problems or in achieving your goals, consider joining the Revive Your Marriage 30-Day Challenge which provides daily action items that can help.
