Welcome to the Revive Your Marriage Jumpstart Challenge
The Revive Your Marriage Jumpstart Challenge is one of the best ways you can make positive, lasting changes to your marriage. Get ready to start your journey to having the marriage of your dreams!
Let us ask you a few questions:
Is the love for your spouse dying or even dead?
Are you seriously considering separation or divorce because your marriage problems seem out of control?
Do you feel like there is no hope for saving your marriage?
Are you more sad than happy in your relationship with your spouse?
If any of these situations apply to you, we have good news! Believe it or not, there still can be hope for a loving marriage that lasts.
You may wonder how there can be hope when things seem so miserable.
Part of the hope lies in the fact that you are reading these words—words designed to help save and build marriages. This shows that somewhere deep inside you there must still be at least a tiny sliver of hope or you wouldn’t be here.
Even if divorce papers have been filed, there can still be hope up until they are finalized.
With this hope in place, no matter how small, we’ll work together to teach you how to:
- Reignite the passion and rebuild the love
- Stop the pain and replace it with peace
- Be happy regardless of what happens in your relationship
- Get your most important needs met
- Affair-proof your marriage
This guide is an introduction to and the foundation of the Evolving Marriages™ program and includes everything you need to get started.
Our unique program focuses on improving in four key areas—the four pillars of a loving marriage that lasts:
1. Become Mr. or Mrs. Right: Marriage requires a lot of work, patience, understanding, and much more for a lifetime.
Two individuals, both with their strengths, weaknesses, and “baggage” make up a marriage. But the stronger they are as individuals, the stronger the relationship can be.
“Evolving” describes the process of becoming the kind of person who makes a strong individual and spouse. Evolving means to grow continually in all important areas of life. As a result, we can experience positive, long-lasting change and reach our highest potential.
Gaps—problems and unmet goals that hold us back—can have a negative effect on us as an individual and in our marriage. Some examples of gaps may include being 50 pounds overweight, anger management issues, problems with dishonesty, laziness, or disrespecting our spouse. As we evolve by filling the gaps, we can become and stay the “dream” spouse (Mr. or Mrs. Right), reignite the passion in our relationship, build a deep and lasting love, and be happier no matter what life throws our way.
2. Fall in Love Again: Make your marriage “affair-proof” through (re)building the connection, excitement, and “fire.” Marriages start having trouble when couples lose the spark or connection they had before.
You’ll learn the vital importance of love to a lasting marriage as well as simple, actionable tips and strategies that you can start using immediately to revive the connection.
3. Stop Hurting Each Other: Unfortunately, sometimes we hurt worst those we should love and protect the most.
For example, we might say things in anger or with a nasty attitude to our spouse that we would never say to our boss, coworkers, friends, or even strangers.
You’ll get familiar with the 4 C’s and learn how to prevent these and other hurtful behaviors. If unchecked, they can destroy even the best marriages.
4. Resolve Common Problems: Whether it’s problems or conflict about careers, in-laws, finances, or more, it takes real effort and skills to live in harmony—especially for a lifetime. This course will teach you how to handle them in a way that is fair (win-win) and preserves good feelings.
Our solution to troubled marriages is simple: Focus on improvement in these four areas and almost anyone can dramatically improve their relationship.
